Established in 1998, Zhejiang Huaguan Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of various plastic bags, including PVC bags, cosmetic bag systems and packaging cases. 







With a factory covering an area of 6500 square meters and USD975,600 registered capital, we have introduced advance equipment and high frequency microwave manufacturing technology into production lines.
